Laboratory

Terahertz-wave Science Laboratory (Nakajima Lab.)
Introduction
This laboratory was established in 2025 in the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Suwa University of Science. Our research themes are 1) development of new devices and components in the millimeter, sub-millimeter, and terahertz-wave, 2) applying those instruments and techniques to scientific observational systems such as astronomical radio telescopes and atmospheric radiometers, 3) operation and observation of those instruments on-site, and conducting scientific research on astronomy, astrophysics, astrochemistry, and atmospheric science.
